Jajangmyeon goodness~

My latest favourite = Korean noodles with blackbean sauce, otherwise known as ‘jajangmyeon’ or ‘jajangmyun’.

It may not look very pretty, but *sigh*~~~ I love it.

If you don’t know what this is, it’s basically like instant noodles, although if you’re skilled as a cook, you might be able to make it from scratch. There are various sites available to show you how to make it. Myself, I’m not too great in the kitchen… though, I tend to enjoy eating this with half boiled egg (love the slightly runny yolk) and sometimes throw some frozen peas+carrots in also.
